Compliance education and information
We work with industry participants to encourage compliance through meetings, visits, workshops and information including publishing decisions, compliance updates, guidelines, fact sheets and case studies.
The database is used by industry participants to manage their own compliance and to take part in any compliance investigations.
Code breach process
Our compliance philosophy guides decision-making at every stage of the Code breach process.
Because the Authority has a prosecution function, we’re required to have a publicly available prosecution policy.
Under the Act, we are responsible for monitoring compliance with the Act, Regulations and Code.

How to allege a breach
Participants can be in breach of the Act, regulations made under the Act or the Code.
We publish current investigations for industry participants to consider if they have been affected and opt to join as a party to the investigation.
