Investigations and rulings

As New Zealand's electricity regulator, it’s our job to actively monitor the electricity market, enforce the rules and hold industry participants to account.

You can see our ongoing investigations into alleged breaches below. If you are an industry participant and there is an open investigation, you can opt to join the investigation if you have been affected by the breach.
