Assumption of rights and obligations for NewPower Energy Limited

The Electricity Authority has approved NewPower Energy Limited to assume the rights and obligations of OurPower Limited under Parts 8, 13, 14, and 14A of the Electricity Industry Participation Code 2010.
This approval takes effect from the first trading period on 31 March 2024.
Our register of approved assumptions of rights and obligations has been updated.
