Assumption of rights and obligations of Pioneer Energy by Pulse Energy Alliance LP

The Electricity Authority has approved Pulse Energy Alliance LP to assume the rights and obligations of Pioneer Energy Limited under Parts 8, 13, 14, and 14A of the Electricity Industry Participation Code 2010.
This approval takes effect from the first trading period on 7 August 2024.
