Have any unanswered questions about our proposal to level the playing field between the gentailers and independents?

You can book an online meeting with Rob Bernau – Progamme Lead for the Energy Competition Task Force programme – to discuss any unanswered questions about our proposal to introduce mandatory non-discrimination obligations that the gentailers would have to follow. These sessions are between 1.00pm to 5.00 pm on Monday 7 April are for 30 minutes.

This is part of our broader engagement programme to encourage dialogue and capture diverse views on our proposal. Thank you to those who have joined the conversation - your feedback is critical to inform our decision making.

We welcome feedback on an options paper that sets out the proposal for introducing these new obligations by 5pm, Wednesday 23 April 2025.
