The remaining Consumer Care Obligations protections come into effect on 1 April 2025.
On Thursday 20 March at 2pm the Electricity Authority is hosting a webinar to help electricity electricity retailers and distributors to operationalise these protections.
We will provide an overview of the Consumer Care Obligations, what is required, and how retailers and distributors can comply. We will also discuss key requirements and answer your questions.
If you have questions or topics you would like us to cover in the webinar, please email them to consumercare@ea.govt.nz by 5pm, Monday 17 March.
