Reminder: hedge disclosure obligations

This is a reminder for participants in the hedge market to submit their annual hedge disclosure declaration certificate by 30 June 2023, as per clause 13.230 of the Code.
Every participant who submitted hedge information in 2022/23 must submit a declaration certificate to the Electricity Authority that the information submitted was correct.
Please submit your signed declaration certificate on company letterhead using the Electricity Authority's form for hedge disclosure certification by 30 June 2023 to compliance@ea.govt.nz.
