System operator tender for ancillary services

The system operator will shortly tender for the provision of the following ancillary services for the period from 1 December 2024 to 31 December 2026:
- Over Frequency Reserve: two-year term only
- Black Start (South Island): two-year term only
If you are currently an ancillary service provider, you will receive tender documents.
If you are not currently an ancillary service provider and would like a copy of the standard contract terms, these can be found on the Transpower website.
