Consultation
Following on from our 2017 operational review of EIEPs, we released a consultation paper that proposes further changes to EIEP1 and EIEP5A. We consulted on:
- an EIEP1 reporting methodology which must be used by traders to provide detailed volume and billing information to distributors to support billing of network charges, as appropriate to interposed and conveyance arrangements
- an optimal delivery mechanism for EIEP5A planned service interruption information provided by distributors to traders
We also proposed consequential changes to EIEP2, to support the changes proposed to EIEP1.
