Project background
We began this project to increase consumer awareness of regulated dispute resolution and electricity comparison plan website services. It resulted in a requirement for all retailers and distributors to provide clear and prominent information about these Utilities Disputes and Powerswitch services on all consumer communications.
Utilities Disputes and Powerswitch give consumers access to more information about their electricity options to help empower them to make informed decisions and actions. This contributes to a more efficient and competitive electricity industry.
