Consultation

Following research and consultation, we proposed an addendum to the guidelines for medically dependent and vulnerable consumers to address three urgent issues related to technological change. We decided that an addendum could address specific issues quickly whilst we worked on a review and update to the full guidelines.

After considering stakeholder feedback, we finalised the addendum which became effective from 30 June 2022.
