Consultation

We consulted on several amendments to the new Transmission Pricing Methodology (TPM) that will improve the implementation of the new TPM.

The proposed changes support Transpower’s implementation of the new TPM. The changes follow a Code change made early this year to clarify the process for making amendments to the TPM. The issues we proposed to correct were raised by Transpower, Northpower and Electra. We believe the changes are technical and non-controversial and have been subject to adequate prior consultation.

We thank stakeholders for engaging with the implementation of TPM, including by proposing these changes to us ahead of the first pricing year of the new TPM. You can read the submissions below.
