Industry and consumer surveys
For our Annual Report 2022/23, we commissioned industry participant and consumer perception surveys, and assessments on consumer centricity, trust and confidence and low-emissions energy. See the following reports for the results and how we are responding to the feedback received.
Foundation documents
We have three foundation documents:
- Interpretation of the Authority's statutory objective - clarifies the interpretation of our statutory objective.
- Consultation charter - guidelines on the processes for amending the Code and consulting on proposed amendments to the Code.
- Charter for advisory groups - how we establish and interact with advisory groups; when and how we consult advisory groups on material changes to the Code; and how advisory groups must operate.
