Review of common quality requirements in the Code
Consultation
We are seeking feedback on the common quality requirements in the Code to help ensure the safe and reliable supply of electricity to consumers.
This consultation explores five of the seven key issues we have identified with the common quality requirements in the Electricity Industry Participation Code 2010.
Common quality requirements are a complex and technical area of the Code, but they have the ability to make a big impact on consumers, businesses and the electricity system.
We welcome feedback on the three consultation papers below:
- Paper 1: An options paper that addresses frequency variability
- Paper 2: An options paper that addresses voltage deviations and network performance issues
- Paper 3: A discussion paper that describes our thinking on the governance and management of harmonics
A cover paper is also provided to help understand the full consultation.
We look forward to you joining us at the webinars on 3 and 8 July to discuss the consultation papers and answer any questions you may have.
